Information you enter
You may enter income, expenses, goals, savings, priorities, dates, household context, and check-in notes. Planning data is stored on your device or in your browser. Local storage is not automatically private from other people who can access that device or browser profile.
Accounts and sign-in
When you create an account, Supabase processes your email address, account identifier, authentication records, and optional display name. Email/password authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Supabase process your basic profile information, which may include your name, email address, and profile-photo URL. This sign-in flow does not request access to your Gmail inbox.
Cloud synchronization and households
If you activate cloud synchronization, the app encrypts planning documents on the device before uploading them to Supabase. The service also processes routing metadata such as document identifiers, revisions, household membership, device public keys, invitations, and timestamps. Invited household members may gain access to shared plans according to their role. Removing access cannot erase copies another member has already exported or retained.
Protect your recovery passphrase and exported backups. HsebLi cannot reconstruct a forgotten encryption passphrase. Encryption and synchronization continue to undergo beta testing; this policy is not a guarantee against every security incident.
Subscriptions
Google Play or the relevant storefront processes purchases and payment details. RevenueCat and our backend process the account identifier, product and purchase information, and subscription status needed to verify access, restore purchases, and prevent fraud. HsebLi does not collect your payment-card number. Beta license testers should use the storefront's explicitly identified test payment methods.
How information is used
We process information to provide requested planning, authentication, synchronization, collaboration, subscription access, and support. Operational providers may process network addresses, device information, and technical logs needed to deliver and secure these services. We do not sell your personal information.
Ads, AI, notifications, and exports
The current beta does not integrate a third-party advertising network or an AI assistant. Local notification reminders are scheduled on your device when enabled. PDF/CSV reports and backups are generated locally; information you choose to export or share is controlled by the destination you select. We will update this policy before introducing materially different data processing.
Service providers and international processing
Account and cloud services use Supabase; subscription infrastructure uses RevenueCat; optional Google sign-in and Android purchases use Google. This support website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. The Supabase project is currently hosted in the EU (Ireland). Verification and recovery emails may be delivered through the configured email provider, including Gmail during beta testing.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local plans remain until you remove them, clear the app/browser data, or replace them using the planner's local-data controls. You can export your planning data. Deleting a cloud account requests removal of the account and associated cloud data through the app's deletion workflow; it does not automatically erase local plans, downloaded exports, or copies shared with others.
Storefronts and service providers may retain transaction, backup, or security records under their own retention policies and applicable obligations. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. For deletion instructions or an ownership-verified request by email, visit Delete your HsebLi account. Audience and changes
HsebLi is intended for adults managing personal budgets. Do not enter another person's identifying information without appropriate permission. Household context such as dependant counts is optional. We may update this policy as the service changes; the updated date appears above.
